<p>Slayden Constructors Inc a wholly owned subsidiary of MWH Constructors an industry leading constructor of water and wastewater facilities is seeking a mid level Graphic Designer Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing and proposal team in Salem OR The Graphic Designer Proposal Coordinator will collaborate with proposal managers and senior leadership to create impactful and professional layouts templates and graphics for statements of qualification SOQs proposals interview slide decks and other printdigital marketing materials The role will report to the Director of Business Development and will support marketing efforts website social media eventinternal materials etc as well as the business development department proposals interviews one pages etc The qualified candidate must be able to multitask; appropriately allocate time to tasks; thrive in a collaborative environment; and contribute creative ideas to develop a variety of content Essential Functions Create and prepare graphics images and other visual elements for layouts for proposals and external marketing items as well as internal communications and templatesOversee production of printed documents to ensure high quality deliverablesWork closely with presentation teams to create graphics images and other visual elements for PowerPoint presentations display boards and other collateral as neededWork alongside the marketing team to develop maintain and improve Slaydens digital and social media presence by creating engaging content and supporting marketing effortsDevelop and manage content for advertisements as neededOrganize and maintain digital assets photos graphics inddpdf files fonts templates custom libraries etcSupport conference and tradeshow participation and sponsorships including designing ordering and managing content for booths pop ups boards posters presentations collateral materials promotional giveaways etcSupport project and company award submittals including content and graphic development to meet required deadlinesBasic Qualifications Must submit a resume and an online portfolio to be consideredAt least 3 years of experience producing document layouts 50 pages templates marketing materials and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud products and Microsoft Office4 year degree in graphic design visual communication or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceExpert in Adobe Creative Cloud particularly InDesign Illustrator and PhotoshopExpert in Microsoft Office products Word Excel PowerPoint Teams PowerBI etcMust be a detail oriented team player with the ability to multitaskMust be able to produce high quality deliverables under strict deadlinesSavvy with social media including LinkedIn Twitter Facebook etcPrior experience with print production tabs full bleed pages wrapped binders etcBenefits Health Insurance medical dental and vision100 Company Paid Benefits Employee Life & AD&D Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D STD LTD Employee Assistance Program and Health AdvocateVoluntary Benefits at a Discounted Group RateFlexible Time Off Policy includes vacation sick and personal timePaid Parental Leave Program10 Paid Holidays401k Plan company matching contributions up to 4Employee Referral ProgramEqual Opportunity Employer including disabled and veterans Please note that all positions require pre employment screening including drug and background check as a condition of employment LI RF1</p>
