Our focus is Microsoft's six go-to-market solution areas: Modern Work, Security, Azure Infrastructure, Digital & Application Innovation, Data & AI, and Business Applications.</p> <p>Slalom is targeting Sr. Consultant or Principal hires for this role.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Act as an AI skills evangelist for our clients, promoting the value and impact of AI tools in modern software development and helping them upskill with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot. </li><li>Deliver and iterate on training workshops and pair programming engagements with client development teams. </li><li>Help our clients understand real-world applications of AI tools to improve coding efficiency, productivity, and innovation. </li><li>Model best practices in AI-assisted development through live coding and collaborative problem-solving. </li><li>Address common challenges and provide actionable feedback to help clients overcome AI tooling adoption barriers. </li><li>Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible, and inspiring manner. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in software development and software delivery with a strong technical foundation. </li><li>Hands-on expertise with AI-assisted coding platforms, primarily GitHub Copilot. </li><li>Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering others through knowledge sharing. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. </li><li>A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering impactful, customized learning experiences. </li><li>Ability to foster trust and build strong relationships with client teams and IT leadership. </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. For this position at the Principal level the base salary pay range is $122,000 to $225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
