<p>Financial Analyst</p> <p>Ensuring financial health and alignment of business goals while identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Financial Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Communicate financial performance to internal stakeholders </li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to the Operator, Chief Growth Officer and other senior leaders in all matters relating to financial performance and compliance </li></ul> <p>Financial Planning & Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability trends </li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis </li><li>Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements </li></ul> <p>Financial Reporting & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses of the restaurants </li><li>Establish project budgets to assist our Senior Directors of Operations with proper strategy/decision making </li><li>Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial reports </li><li>Complete month-end financial reporting to Chick-fil-A on behalf of our restaurants </li></ul> <p>Cash Flow Management</p> <ul> <li>Support cash flow monitoring and financial planning efforts </li><li>Manage our cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency </li><li>Monitor and track all expenses utilizing the Restaurant Payables and Imaging System (RPIS) </li><li>Review all vendor invoices for accuracy </li><li>Reconcile credit cards monthly, ensuring receipts have been submitted via RPIS </li><li>Submit accurate and timely payments to all vendors and suppliers </li></ul> <p>Risk Management & Internal Controls</p> <ul> <li>Identify financial and operational risks, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks </li><li>Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and best practices </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field </li><li>Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting </li><li>Chick-fil-A or QSR experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in Excel or related software </li><li>Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems </li><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity </li></ul> <p>Personal Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Embodiment our core value to be a LIGHT: Love, Integrity, Growth, Honor and Tenacity </li><li>Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset </li><li>Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering results </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li><li>High level of integrity and transparency in all financial dealings </li><li>Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality of company information </li><li>Collaborative and team-oriented with a high level of emotional intelligence </li></ul> <p>Core Values</p> <p>To be a LIGHT: Love, Integrity, Growth, Honor (Truett's legacy), Tenacity</p> <p>Love</p> <p>We foster a deep sense of care and respect for our Team Members, Guests and community.
