We act on your ideas!</p> <p>In the Accounts Payable role, you will Processes bill of ladings, invoices, and payments while providing financial and administrative support to the organization.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am -5pm</p> <p>Pay: $19-$20</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Code invoices utilizing Invoice Coding. </li><li>Process payments accurately and in a timely manner. </li><li>Prompt communication with carriers and vendors about payment needs/status via phone and email. </li><li>Make bank deposits. </li><li>Manage refund invoices and apply refund checks. </li><li>Prepare CSV files for vendor invoice upload. </li><li>Audit bank data to verify customers are billed and reconciled properly. </li></ul> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Must have at least one year of experience with accounts payable </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office products - specifically Excel and Outlook </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong data entry skills. </li><li>Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions. </li><li>Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. </li><li>Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports. </li><li>Personal responsibility to manage change. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At ACERTUS we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
