As a Tire Loader you will inspect trailers, manage loading/unloading, maintain workspace safety, and address issues to ensure efficient operations.</p> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>At least 3 months of manufacturing experience </li><li>Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is required </li><li>Demonstrated stable work history </li><li>Ability to lift 55 to 65 pounds repeatedly </li><li>Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed </li><li>Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule), including | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Pay of $16 - $22 per hour based on experience </li><li>Health benefits, including telehealth medical services </li><li>401k </li><li>Opportunity for advancement </li><li>Reward programs </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do As A Tire Loader:</p> <ul> <li>Manually lift and load tires (average 30 lbs. each) onto a conveyor belt </li><li>Interlace tires in the trailer while standing on a loading platform </li><li>Label replacement tires (aftermarket tires) </li><li>Remove poles from pallets (20 lbs. each) and place them in racks </li><li>Use a forklift to stack and remove empty pallets from the conveyor area </li><li>Inspect trailers to ensure they are free of trash, debris, and foreign materials such as nails or screws </li><li>Examine trailers for damage, including holes in the roof or sides </li><li>Report unsuitable trailers to the Load Controller for rejection </li><li>Notify the Load Controller of non-conforming tires or incorrect labels, ensuring one label per pallet is validated </li><li>Follow the specification sheet to ensure proper loading patterns </li><li>Prepare loads, load trailers, treadcode tires, and identify/remove defective tires or unreadable labels throughout the shift </li><li>Manage and control loads for accurate loading in compliance with contractor requirements </li><li>Transport pallets from the staging area to the loading point </li><li>Complete off-loading tasks and handle the off-loading/loading of poles </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area </li><li>Replace forklift batteries for loader forklifts as needed </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor </li></ul>
