<p>Position Title:</p> <p>Manufacturing Associate</p> <p>Pay Rate:</p> <p>$22.72 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $25.27 in the first 90 days.</p> <p>Category/Shift:</p> <p>Hourly Full-Time</p> <p>Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shift, depending on company vacancies. This role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime.</p> <p>Physical Location:</p> <p>2575 Palumbo Dr. Lexington, KY 40509</p> <p>The Job You Will Perform:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Safely operating machinery</p> </li><li> <p>Reading factory orders</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately reading gauges, tape measurer and other test equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting and setting up orders which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machinery</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed</p> </li><li> <p>This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.</p> </li></ul> <p>The Skills You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Counting and stacking finished product</p> </li><li> <p>Reading factory orders</p> </li><li> <p>Housekeeping standards</p> </li><li> <p>Basic shop math and similar counting tools</p> </li></ul>
