Come join our incredible team of clinicians and supportive leadership and make a meaningful impact with your career today!!!</p> <p>PRN benefits include:</p> <ul> <li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>401(k) program </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Vendor discounts </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate patient's functional status and home environment </li><li>Identify equipment needs and participate in the development of the total plan of care </li><li>Develop treatment program and establish goals for improved function </li><li>Teach new skills, retrain in once familiar daily activity skills, fabricate splints, train in use of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices </li><li>Maintain appropriate clinical records and communication with other personnel involved in patient's care </li><li>Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations </li><li>Participate in discharge planning </li><li>Participate in case conference as required </li><li>Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements </li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an occupational therapist education program accredited by ACOTE with current licensure to practice in state of operation </li><li>2+ years occupational therapy experience </li><li>Home health experience preferred </li><li>Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>Adoration Home Health and Hospice provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families and caregivers in their time of need.
