And our success allows Maharam to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>With general supervision, manages the flow of product from the resource to the client or Knoll manufacturing.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Liaison between sales staff/Knoll Manufacturing plants and resource</p> <p>Process receiving's</p> <p>Process invoices from resources to prepare for payment from accounts payable</p> <p>Process client invoices for direct shipments</p> <p>Update daily resource management reports</p> <p>Place purchase orders with resources</p> <p>Backup coverage for colleagues</p> <p>Build relationships with the resources</p> <p>Work with resources to improve deliveries to meet client needs</p> <p>Ensure delivery commitments</p> <p>When assigned, perform scheduling tasks for Knoll Manufacturing textile orders through ATSO system</p> <p>Works with sales management on project pricing</p> <p>Test IT projects related to resource management system upgrades and processes</p> <p>Enters project requests into project portal</p> <p>Additional duties may be assigned as needed</p> <p>Magnitude and relationship reporting</p> <p>This position reports to the Resource Management Manager and may receive additional assignments from the Vice President, Operations.</p> <p>Contacts inside and outside the organization</p> <p>This position typically has contact with most employees at all levels of the organization.
