If youre an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-organized individual, our company can be the perfect place for you to continue your career path and expand your knowledge.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ordering parts for semitrucks/trailers </li><li>Maintain Daily Fuel System </li><li>Maintain oil change intervals. </li><li>Monthly Fuel Reports/registration books </li><li>Input maintenance work into operating system </li><li>Create charge accounts with vendors. </li><li>Maintain personnel payroll times. </li><li>Coordinate with truck drivers on truck maintenance daily. </li><li>Process customer purchase orders </li><li>Communicate with vendors/manufacturers on parts needed </li><li>Yearly parts inventory </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of diesel trucks is preferred, but not necessary Training on site. </li><li>Communicate and coordinate with the shop manager. </li><li>Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and operate general office equipment. </li><li>Ability to work well with others/teamwork. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently </li><li>Ability to multi-task efficiently </li><li>Reliable </li></ul> <p>Full-time position MondayFriday 8am 5pm</p> <p>Matching 401k, Dental, Life, Medical</p> <p>Please submit resume online</p> <p>2025 Affton Terminal Services</p>
