<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Provide exceptional customer service and information to the public and MCC community.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary phone contact for the Registrar's Office. Provide information to the public and MCC community concerning course registration, college policies, and day to day services provided by the Registrar's Office. </li><li>Utilize Banner to provide enrollment information. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and respond to voice mail inquiries daily. </li><li>Process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and correspondence. </li><li>File and retrieve documents as needed. </li><li>Assist with mailings and events for the enrollment management division. </li><li>Participate in departmental/division trainings and attend team meetings. </li><li>Focuses on the Commonwealth's Equity Agenda by applying related best practices throughout all job functions. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Applicants must have a High School Diploma, HiSET or G.E.D. </li><li>Must have demonstrated oral and written communications skills. </li><li>Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word and Excel computer applications. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in an office setting preferred </li><li>Preference will be given to multi-lingual candidates fluent in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, French Creole, or Cape Verdean Creole. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Position Status: Part-Time Non-Benefited</p> <p>Hours: 18 Hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not to exceed 936 hours annually).</p> <p>Salary: $17.00 per hour</p> <p>Worksite: Assignments will include all Massasoit sites and additional locations as necessary.</p> <p>Deadline to Apply: January 4, 2026</p> <p>Application Instructions:</p> <p>A cover letter and resume are required, please apply online.
