This role owns the end-to-end global budget, forecast, and long-range planning (LRP) processes, delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to executive leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.</p> <p>The position serves as a key strategic finance partner, providing forward-looking insights that drive decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term value creation. The Senior Director will lead the standardization of FP&A processes globally, develop robust KPI and analytics frameworks, and ensure strong alignment with Accounting and Controllership to deliver consistent, high-quality financial outcomes.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation</p> </li><li> <p>Own and lead the global Budget, Forecast, and Long-Range Plan (LRP) cycles, ensuring consistency, rigor, and alignment with corporate strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Consolidate financial results, forecasts, and management commentary across regions (U.S. and EU), providing a clear and cohesive global view of performance</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and deliver the global monthly reporting package for the CEO, CFO, and Board, including variance analysis, key drivers, risks, and opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Define and lead global KPI frameworks, financial analytics, and performance management standards, shifting the organization from reporting to insight-driven decision support</p> </li><li> <p>Partner closely with Accounting and Controllership to ensure strong alignment between management reporting and financial close results</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and manage the global FP&A calendar, including submission timelines, standardized templates, and reporting deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>Provide financial leadership and decision support for global strategic initiatives, capital expenditure reviews, and long-term business planning</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, develop, and mentor a global FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, analytical excellence, and continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Drive process standardization and scalability across global FP&A activities to support growth and increased complexity</p> </li></ol> <p>Working Relationships:</p> <ul> <li>Executive Leadership Team (CEO, CFO, functional leaders) </li><li>Global FP&A team members across regions </li><li>Accounting, Controllership, and Finance Operations </li><li>Business unit and regional leaders </li><li>Strategy, Operations, and other cross-functional partners </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</p> <p>Preferred Education: MBA or other advanced degree in Finance or Business</p> <p>Minimum Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles</p> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level reporting </li><li>Demonstrated success in building and scaling global FP&A teams </li><li>Experience operating in a multi-region or multinational environment </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred but not required</p> <p>Soft Skills/Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Strong financial leadership and strategic thinking capabilities </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear executive insights </li><li>Advanced presentation skills, including Board-level materials </li><li>Ability to foster teamwork and build strong collaborative relationships across regions and functions </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence </li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with financial planning systems strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <p>Travel: Some travel maybe required but not often</p> <p>Hours & Conditions: Typically, Monday - Friday, 8+ hour days in office setting, may be able to work 1 day from home with approval.</p> <p>Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.</p>
