RRGPB of Ohio - Potbelly promises Fresh, Fast & Friendly service in an environment that reflects the local neighborhood.</p> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <p>Career Advancement and Professional Development: Opportunities to grow and enhance your skills.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate and reinforce the company's behaviors and values. </li><li>Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.) efficiently, following the company recipe manual standards. </li><li>Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the shop. </li><li>Maintain personal hygiene standards, including wearing a clean Potbelly uniform. </li><li>Comply with established food safety requirements and practices. </li><li>Comply with shop security and safety standards. </li><li>Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders. </li><li>Handle raw and finished waste according to established procedures. </li><li>Make customers really happy. </li><li>Engage in friendly conversation with customers in line. </li><li>Act with a sense of urgency toward all customers in the shop. </li><li>Restock the food line, chips, and cooler. </li><li>Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by the Manager or Shift Leader. </li><li>Prepare meats and cheeses for different sandwiches. </li><li>If 18 or older, use the automatic slicer to prep food items. </li><li>Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and utensils; take out trash. </li><li>Operate the cash register: handle, balance, and follow all cash handling procedures. </li><li>Effectively handle customer complaints/issues. </li><li>Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Great communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Must possess neat and clean hygiene. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are: Potbelly restaurant is owned and operated by Royal Restaurant Group.
