<p>Direct Sales Recruiter - Trinity Solar Remote | Full-Time | $60,000 base + commission (up to $80,000 OTE)</p> <p>Trinity Solar is hiring a Direct Sales Recruiter to help us find and connect top sales talent with our growing direct sales division. This is a fully remote role - company equipment and phone provided.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage job ads to generate a consistent flow of qualified candidates </li><li>Proactively source and headhunt candidates through company approved sources </li><li>Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and sales aptitude </li><li>Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our hiring managers </li><li>Track your pipeline and hit weekly and monthly sourcing targets </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>1-3+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience and/or 3+ years of sales experience </li><li>Strong phone presence - you're comfortable reaching out cold and keeping people engaged </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting </li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home </li><li>Results-driven with a comfort working toward volume-based goals </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting for direct, door-to-door, or commission-based sales roles </li><li>A sales background yourself - you know a good rep when you hear one </li><li>Experience with an ATS (ADP, Salesforce, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) </li><li>Prior remote work experience </li><li>Solar, home services, or energy industry background </li></ul> <p>What Trinity provides:</p> <ul> <li>$60,000 base salary with commission potential up to $80,000 </li><li>Company-issued laptop and phone </li><li>100% work from home </li><li>Trinity Solar is an equal opportunity employer </li></ul>
