<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet), the independent broker dealer arm of Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management (WIM), is seeking a Channel Execution Manager to drive strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at improving the overall competitiveness of our platform. The Channel Execution Manager (Sr. Lead Business Execution Consultant) will report to the President of the business and be a key member of the management team. The core responsibilities include developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs designed to improve FiNet's competitiveness working in collaboration with product, technology, compliance, risk and legal groups across WIM.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management </li><li>Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions </li><li>Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational </li><li>Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans </li><li>Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership </li><li>Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in the independent advisor or Registered Independent Adviser channels with an emphasis on business and program execution </li><li>Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to execution, with a strong emphasis on delivering results </li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and push through resistance to achieve project goals </li><li>Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels </li><li>Experience in change management and fostering a culture of innovation within teams </li><li>Knowledge of the independent advisor landscape and an understanding of the challenges faced by advisor business owners is highly desirable </li><li>Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 65) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents) </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to travel up to 15% of the time </li><li>Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
