<p>Building Super - Part-Time</p> <p>We are assisting our professional management company client find a PT building maintenance/super who will work part-time, and be onsite approximately eight (8) hours per week for a small building of 20 units.</p> <p>General responsibilities for this role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor building cleaning team results every other week </li><li>Complete monthly/seasonal checklist of maintenance items </li><li>Greet vendors when on-site for repairs/projects - answer questions / provide oversight for building standards </li><li>Be familiar with building and alert the management company of potential hazards, larger repairs needed, etc. </li></ul> <p>This position is ideal for someone who has handyman skills to include basic carpentry, basic painting and plumbing along with general repair skills and, can recognize maintenance related items needing attention.</p> <p>Position is ideal for someone who is seeking part-time hours and is interested in helping to maintain the standards of a high-quality building. Some hours may include weekend hours as needed.</p> <p>We are interested in speaking with individuals who are within 10 miles of the Harrison, Port Chester or Rye Brook area. Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour.</p>
