Staffed by our talented team of leading professionals, The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides a wide array of services throughout the region, caring for patients from birth through the end of life.</p> <p>Under the supervision and direction of the Pharmacist the Medication History Pharmacy Intern will perform medication histories through patient/family/significant other interviews for patients arriving in the Emergency Department to be admitted to the inpatient units. The role requires an appropriate level of understanding and training in medical terminology and medication related terms.
