Drop of coil in and out of pit and take up of finished coil. </li><li>Ensure ALL Exposed Product procedures are followed as described in production set-up information, including the proper handling, inspection, and production of Auto Exposed product. </li><li>Ensure ALL Exposed Product is treated as prime material and accounted for at the end of a coil. </li><li>Bands finished coils as directed by slitter operator </li><li>Operates exit table and mechanical equipment to remove finished coils from slitter. </li><li>Responsible for the Safe and Efficient operation of slitting line and all personnel. </li><li>Assists banding line operator to remove finished coils from the slitter. </li><li>Assists slitter operator in the completion of SL's and logs. </li><li>Ensure packaging meets customer specifications. </li><li>Ensure proper tagging of finished parts and transfer to finished goods area. </li><li>Proven team leader in assigning tasks and resolving issues to ensure efficiency standards are met. </li><li>Lead team to successful tooling changeovers. </li><li>Maintains neat and accurate records. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. </li></ul> <p>General</p> <ul> <li>Complies with the designated IATF16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines. </li><li>Ensures company safety policies are adhered to, and that all department personnel and visitors utilize safe work habits.
