<p>What will your job look like?</p> <p>The Supervisor, Corporate Compliance provides day-to-day oversight of the various teams which make up the Corporate Compliance department. Supervisors are responsible for appropriate compilation and validation of client required reports, ensuring client reporting timelines are met and trending of compliance and quality issues are escalated. Participation in corporate quality improvement efforts and initiatives is required.</p> <p>For this role you must reside in the Central or Easter Time Zones. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm cst.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with day-to-day oversight, monitoring and analysis of all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance activities in adherence to identified national standards i.e., URAC, HITRUST and MTM Policies and Procedures </li><li>Appropriately coordinate all second level reviews for assigned teams to ensure appropriate application of established Corporate Compliance procedures </li><li>Ensure the appropriate timeline for response, resolution and reporting of identified service level reports within specific client contracts, state and federal regulations </li><li>Update and report activities to the Manager, Corporate Compliance in a consistent and timely manner </li><li>In concert with other MTM departments, organize systematic data collection for analysis and interpretation of transportation and ancillary services and outcomes, including identification of transportation provider and operational patterns of non-compliance </li><li>Maintain staff schedules </li><li>Provide guidance to staff relating to protocol and procedure interpretation </li><li>Provide continuous coaching to direct reports </li><li>Host meetings with direct reports as required by the Corporate Communication Plan and maintain documentation for audit </li><li>Identify additional training opportunities to assist staff in reaching maximum potential </li><li>Conduct monthly meetings and performance appraisals annually on each team member </li><li>Monitor and approve time and attendance for team </li><li>Responsible for conducting and documenting all aspects of employee performance and discipline </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <p>Experience, Education & Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience </li><li>Previous supervisory or management experience </li><li>Previous experience in quality management, appeals, complaints or grievance management </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>The ability to retain knowledge of various governmental and company requirements for MTM operations, transportation providers and their supporting staff </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all Client, Provider, and Company interactions </li><li>Ability to identify and respond to customer needs and circumstances </li><li>Ability to make educated decisions </li><li>Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of department process and procedures </li><li>Exemplary communications skills </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, Word </li><li>Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes, and federal and state regulations is preferred </li><li>Data analysis and interpretation skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Knowledge of managed care and Quality Assurance systems and processes preferred </li><li>Problem solving skills </li><li>Ability to schedule, organize and prioritize multiple tasks </li><li>Moderate to advanced computer skills </li><li>Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality </li><li>Regular attendance is required </li></ul> <p>Even better if you have...</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working with Medicaid and or State programs preferred </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Health and Life Insurance Plans</p> </li><li> <p>Dental and Vision Plans</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with a company match</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay</p> </li><li> <p>Maternity/Paternity Leave</p> </li><li> <p>Casual Dress Environment</p> </li><li> <p>Tuition Reimbursement</p> </li><li> <p>MTM Perks Discount Program</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership Mentoring Opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>Min Salary: $55,000</p> <p>Max Salary: $62,000</p> <p>This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
