Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Helping to ensure that all production goals through fabrication are met daily. </li><li>Accountable for set up and operation of a laser and press brake machine to construct Stellar products. </li><li>Essential machine set up, including the installation and removal of tooling as needed. </li><li>Work to maximize efficiency in all areas of the fabrication department in regards to tooling, equipment, jigs, carts, etc. </li><li>The ability to complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, purchase orders, and/or the production schedule. </li><li>Adherence to all quality standards by producing products which align with the print specifications is critical to this position. </li><li>Safety in the work area with regular inspection and cleaning, helping to maintain our 5S standards. </li><li>Laser and Press Brake Operation </li></ul> <p>Qualifications Include</p> <ul> <li>Motivated to perform well and take on additional tasks as needed. </li><li>Highly detail oriented and capable of carrying out a task with all specifics necessary to ensure the end product is correct. </li><li>Having the ability to adjust to the production schedule demands as necessary. </li><li>Willing to work overtime when necessary per the workload and schedule demands. </li></ul>
