Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient's unmet clinical needs. Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact:</p> <ul> <li>Partners with stakeholders to develop and lead the execution of educational programs for health care providers and internal product trainings/sales trainings. </li><li>Lead the execution and development of training materials and programs for post- product approval and commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal) </li><li>Establish relationships with training faculty members and key KOL physicians to develop and improve training programs and materials and incorporate best practices. </li><li>Collaborate with faculty to develop training events (e.g., speaker programs, proctor webcasts) </li><li>Responsible for successful execution of training programs. Ensure completeness of training program evaluations </li><li>Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging adhere to training SOPs, compliance selection and utilization of faculty members </li><li>Act as a resource to HCP, leverage knowledge gained through direct clinician interactions and relationships, in order to address questions related to off label use of approved products </li><li>Collaborate with team members to define metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact </li><li>Assess and provide feedback on educational events funded by Medical Affairs through educational grants </li></ul> <p>What you'll need (Required):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 5 years of work related experience </li><li>Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry Required </li></ul> <p>What else we look for (Preferred):</p> <ul> <li>Registered Nursing Degree Curriculum (RN) or Cath lab experience </li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills </li><li>Proven expertise in MS Office Suite </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills </li><li>Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to physician training </li><li>Substantial understanding of related aspects of clinical therapeutic areas </li><li>Substantial knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and AdvaMed requirements </li><li>Strict attention to detail </li><li>Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels </li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment </li><li>Must be able to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers </li><li>Develop the ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on assigned projects </li><li>Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control </li></ul> <p>Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. The base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
