<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This role supports supply chain operations through the management and optimization of planned routing data, ensuring efficient and cost-effective material flow. The position drives visibility and performance through data analysis, process oversight, and proactive issue resolution across operations.</p> <p>Schedule</p> <p>Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Supply Chain Operations</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain the customer's route plan to ensure accurate and efficient material flow</p> </li><li> <p>Align routing plans with production schedules to support operational continuity and service performance</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor material flow across the supply chain and coordinate adjustments to address disruptions or constraints</p> </li><li> <p>Manage exception resolution related to routing execution, timing, and delivery performance</p> </li></ul> <p>Data & Analytics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and present customer and operational analytics, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze routing data to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a subject matter expert by translating data insights into actionable recommendations that drive decision-making</p> </li><li> <p>Influence operational and customer strategies through data-driven insights and performance analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Support continuous improvement initiatives through ongoing analysis and performance tracking</p> </li></ul> <p>Customer Relations</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with customers to resolve supply chain constraints, meet delivery commitments, and address operational inquiries</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate critical issues, risks, and impacts clearly and proactively to customers and internal stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending improvements to customer inventory strategies and material flow processes</p> </li><li> <p>Anticipate potential disruptions and proactively develop solutions to maintain service levels and operational continuity</p> </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Evaluate existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend and support implementation of process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service performance</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to implement process and transportation design changes</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence to standardized processes while identifying opportunities to simplify or streamline workflows</p> </li></ul> <p>Supplier & Carrier Relations</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate planned routing changes with suppliers and carriers to ensure alignment with operational requirements and service expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Confirm carrier capacity and readiness to support route plans and fluctuations in demand</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary liaison for external partners to ensure execution aligns with established supply chain routing strategies</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by Manager </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent required;
