The Assistant Director of Nursing is an LPN who is responsible for the staffing/scheduling and the overall supervision of nursing care in Assisted Living & Memory Care.</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time position</p> <p>Salary: $72,000-$75,000/yr</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401K with employer match </li><li>Dental Insurance </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Vision Insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Daily Pay </li><li>Extraordinary Rewards Program </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Supervises direct nursing care. </li><li>Administers direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated or staffing issues arises. </li><li>Makes routine rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment. </li><li>Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records. </li><li>Coordinates, conducts, and documents the resident assessments, care plans and conference in the absence of the DON. </li><li>Supervises nursing personnel on all shifts.
