Please review this information before applying.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance for facilities, labs, production areas, and equipment.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate and conduct various building and equipment maintenance and repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures work is completed in a safe manner and complies with all safety standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with service suppliers and contractors for onsite services.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct preventative maintenance activity for the Facility, Equipment, Labs and Clean Rooms.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep equipment, including machine tools, forklift, HVAC, lighting in good working conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with setting up company test and production laboratories, cleanrooms and supporting equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity to include basic troubleshooting.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Experience / Capability:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Commitment to excellence.
