BCH's family-centered care emphasizes a holistic approach, providing extensive support services for families so they have comprehensive care and support through their medical journey.</p> <p>The opportunity</p> <p>The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.</p> <p>The intern will work within the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team, which serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders across Boston Children's Hospital. The HRBP team partners with Centers of Expertise (COEs) (such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement) to support workforce planning, employee experience, leadership development, and HR strategy execution.
