<p>COLLEGE COACH Summer Internship: HR Business Partner Intern</p> <p>Who we are</p> <p>Boston Children's Hospital (BCH) is currently ranked as the #1 children's hospital in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. It provides comprehensive and specialized care for infants, children, and adolescents and is a leader in pediatric research, contributing to significant advancements in medical science. BCH also offers a specialized programs and services, including cariology, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics. The hospital is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and plays a key role in training the future pediatric healthcare professionals. BCH's family-centered care emphasizes a holistic approach, providing extensive support services for families so they have comprehensive care and support through their medical journey.</p> <p>The opportunity</p> <p>The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.</p> <p>The intern will work within the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team, which serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders across Boston Children's Hospital. The HRBP team partners with Centers of Expertise (COEs) (such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement) to support workforce planning, employee experience, leadership development, and HR strategy execution.
