<p>Senior Manager, Fund Accounting, Client Services</p> <p>Hybrid Schedule In Wilmington, DE</p> <p>Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 6:00 p.m.</p> <p>Some of the things you will be doing:</p> <p>The Senior Manager candidate will manage multiple client relationships ensuring superior client service with their client service team members.</p> <p>Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:</p> <ul> <li>Review accounting records, financial statements and support schedules (GAAP & OCBOA) </li><li>Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468 preparation </li><li>Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters </li><li>Review waterfalls and partner capital account statements </li><li>Coordinate deliverables with Investor Services team </li><li>Career development, supervision and training of staff </li><li>Daily client and team member interaction </li><li>Leading certain client relationships </li><li>Internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.) </li><li>Review processes and make recommendations on how they can become more efficient </li></ul> <p>What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?</p> <ul> <li>BS Degree in Accounting - CPA or CPA candidate preferred </li><li>Leadership experience in private equity accounting is required </li><li>Working knowledge of US GAAP </li><li>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges) </li><li>Investran experience preferred </li><li>Able to multi task and perform tasks under strict deadlines </li><li>Experience delegating, training, and supervising staff </li><li>Experience managing and leading client relationships </li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills </li></ul> <p>#LI-SP1</p>
