<p>The SHU Case Manager is responsible for managing assigned caseload, updating claim records, following plans, providing exemplary customer service in a timely and accurate manner by processing group disability income insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.</p> <p>Success in this role requires strong customer skills and organization.
