There is a strong emphasis on full-stack development, specifically .NET, React, and Message Systems. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform, you'll help drive business value through modern architectures, emerging technologies, and enabling capabilities. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton.</p> <p>External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>.NET & REST expertise </li><li>microservices experience </li><li>React & React Hooks </li><li>Familiarity with API specification and practices </li><li>Automated unit, integration, and regression testing </li><li>CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud </li><li>Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices </li><li>Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions </li></ul> <p>Practical Experience With One Or More Of The Following:</p> <ul> <li>Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, etc.) </li><li>Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred) </li><li>Event driven design. (Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus) </li></ul> <p>Salary Statement</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $96,842 - $121,053.?
