Your responsibilities will span diverse areas, with the specific tasks depending on client needs and your individual strengths. They will include some of the following but not all within the same project:</p> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for demanding industrialization projects with focus on the following: Supplier relocation, start-up management and production optimization for our customers until handover to the affected OEM plants according to APQP, VDA 6.1 and 6.3; material management readiness, strategic vendor management, supply assurance, and complex end-to-end supply chain expertise. </li><li>Implement and maintain a cross-functional supply chain/material maintenance strategy between multiple stakeholders. </li><li>Lead critical delivery situations and take over the task force project management at the interface between suppliers and vendors. </li><li>Responsible for strategic and operative project work for our international customers. </li><li>Perform root cause analyses and identify deficits regarding products and manufacturing processes. </li><li>Propose changes in the supply chain/logistics processes to improve our customer's operational efficiency and reduce costs. </li><li>Plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. </li><li>Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure Automotive Standard Services are maintained. </li><li>Communicate, present, and interface directly with clients. </li><li>Grow with us in various industries and help build business by following your desired career path and passion. </li><li>Support our great team by taking on internal work and coaching others. </li></ul> <p>Who you are</p> <ul> <li>You have a master's degree (mechanical, industrial, electrical, or similar field.) with focus on supply chain management. </li><li>You have 3+ years of experience in the automotive and/or consulting sector. </li><li>You display advanced knowledge of supply chain principles, manufacturing, and production processes. </li><li>You burn for logistics, production 4.0, supply chain and operations; you put the pedal to the metal on your job and you love action in everyday life. </li><li>You can create clear status reports, identify issues, create solutions, and navigate resolutions. </li><li>You call yourself a pragmatic doer with digital competence and are up for being a brand ambassador for P3. </li><li>Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills. </li><li>You are detail oriented, structured and have common sense. </li><li>You think 'out of the box' to create solutions when none exist. </li><li>Analytical and highly competent in Excel, Minitab, and (ideally) Power Bi. </li><li>With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters. </li><li>Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts. </li><li>Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus. </li><li>You are comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100% of your working time), typically Monday through Friday, depending on client and project needs. </li><li>You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. </li></ul> <p>Good to know</p> <ul> <li>We offer a competitive salary with bonus potential. </li><li>You get up to 20 days PTO and 10 paid company holidays. </li><li>You can get healthcare, life insurance, dental & vision, 401(k) matching. </li><li>We invest in your growth with mentorship and a strong learning culture. </li><li>You contribute directly to advancing innovation in the sectors we operate in. </li><li>You'll take ownership of your work and see the direct results of your efforts. </li><li>We foster an entrepreneurial spirit-take initiative, own your ideas, and drive real impact. </li></ul> <p>By submitting your application, you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States.
