<p>Rational 360 is hiring a talented, detail-obsessed Digital Associate (AI & Automation) to join its quickly growing digital team in its DC office. The ideal candidate will sit on the digital team but specialize in generative AI, automation, and data-driven communications strategies. This Associate will help Rational 360 and its clients understand what AI means for communications, marketing, and advertising in 2025 and how to put it into practice.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a mix of traditional digital marketing experience and hands-on knowledge of emerging AI tools. This includes experience with generative AI applications and the ability to evaluate different large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases.
