Our one-record solution combines the power of a fully integrated single-record database, personalized communication tools, and an elegant architecture that is unique in our industry.</p> <p>We are a growing, values-led community of employees in the US, UK and Australia who share a vision to unify school communities, improve the quality of education, and enhance learning.</p> <p>Veracross is five product brands in one global tech company</p> <ul> <li>Veracross SIS is a one-person, one-record school management platform </li><li>Magnus Health provides cloud-based Student Health Record (SHR) solutions </li><li>Digistorm connects with their communities through Digistorm Websites, Digistorm Funnel, and Digistorm Apps. </li><li>Epraise incentivizes student well-being and connects teachers, students, and families. </li><li>Firefly provides an online learning space for students and teachers </li></ul> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>We're hiring a Sr. Product Manager to own the end-to-end admissions journey in Veracross - from the moment a prospective family fills out an inquiry form, through application and decision, into enrollment contracts and re-enrollment, and across the full financial aid lifecycle.</p> <p>This is one of the highest-leverage product areas at Veracross. Admissions and financial aid decisions shape a school's revenue, its student body, and its ability to fulfill its mission. You'll have real ownership of a product that matters to the people who use it.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>End-to-end admissions flow. Inquiry, application, review and decisioning, enrollment contracts, and re-enrollment through financial aid decisions- owned as a single connected journey, not a set of disconnected forms. </li><li>Integrations and handoffs. Clean connections between admissions, enrollment, financial aid, billing, and the student record - so a family is one family, not five. </li><li>Discovery and roadmap. Spend time with admissions directors, business managers, and enrollment teams to understand the work, define the problems worth solving, and ship in priority order. </li><li>Metrics that matter. Funnel conversion, application completion, time-to-decision, financial aid turnaround, re-enrollment yield - and the operational metrics that tell us our product is actually saving schools time. </li><li>Cross-functional partnership. Day-to-day work with engineering and design on your squad, plus close partnership with customer success, support, implementation, sales, and marketing. </li></ul>
