We invite you to become part of our team that always puts our patients needs first.</p> <p>We offer competitive wages and a great benefit package.</p> <ul> <li>Provides direct nursing care to an assigned group of patients, under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer. </li><li>Completes patient assessments including checking a patient's vitals, physical exam, and obtaining the patient's medical history. </li><li>Assists in preoperative, postoperative, and relevant health teaching for patients and family. </li><li>Shares responsibility for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. </li><li>Participates in team conferences, sharing knowledge, information, and ideas among team members. </li><li>Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments. </li><li>Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services. </li><li>Participates in emergency care. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Current CMA/RMA Certification required. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Six months of clinical experience required </li><li>BLS/CPR certification required </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus </li></ul> <p>This position has been deemed a" Safety-Sensitive" position; therefore, Morton reserves the right to refuse to hire an applicant or may terminate an employee in a "Safety-Sensitive Position" who tests positive for medical marijuana even if he/she has a valid medical marijuana license.</p>
