Our clients rely on us to deliver experienced, safety-minded workers who can hit the ground running-whether it's for shipyard work, heavy industrial projects, or marine construction.</p> <p>The Opportunity:</p> <p>We're seeking a Contract Recruiter with a deep understanding of the industrial and/or marine industry to source, screen, and onboard skilled trade professionals. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to build strong pipelines of welders, fitters, electricians, pipefitters, riggers, and other skilled trades.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Source and recruit qualified trade professionals for contract and project-based roles </li><li>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to offer acceptance </li><li>Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess trade certifications and experience </li><li>Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and compliance documentation </li><li>Maintain talent pipelines and develop relationships with skilled candidates </li><li>Collaborate closely with account managers and operations to fulfill client needs quickly and accurately </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of recruiting experience in the industrial, marine, or skilled trades sectors </li><li>Proven track record in high-volume recruiting for craft/trade roles </li><li>Deep familiarity with roles such as welders, pipefitters, electricians, riggers, millwrights, etc. </li><li>Strong sourcing skills (job boards, social media, referrals, databases) </li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities </li><li>Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding platforms </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>Competitive pay with performance incentives</p> <p>Team-first culture with at upportive and experienced team culture</p> <p>Opportunity to grow with a high-demand, high-growth staffing firm</p> <p>Every day is different</p> <p>Ready to make an impact?
