<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead comprehensive assessments of clients' current crop insurance operations, processes, and technology infrastructure.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and evaluate opportunities for modernization, including process automation, data analytics integration, and the adoption of new digital platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop strategic, data-driven roadmaps to help clients achieve their business objectives for efficiency, growth, and compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage a strong professional network to foster relationships, develop new business opportunities, and enhance KPMG's presence in the crop insurance marketplace.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a primary subject matter expert on client-facing engagements, providing insights on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage engagement teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to firm thought leadership through articles, industry presentations, and internal knowledge sharing.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 10 years of direct experience within the crop insurance industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated expertise in assessing end-to-end crop insurance operations, from underwriting and policy administration to claims processing and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to analyze supporting technology and identify clear opportunities for modernization and improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>An established and robust network of contacts within the crop insurance ecosystem, including carriers, agencies, Approved Insurance Providers (AIPs), and technology vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and key business drivers shaping the industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
