Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.</p> </li><li> <p>Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Apache Hadoop is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in IBM Infosphere DataStage is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, .NET Core, ITIL Fundamentals, and Teradata Database is suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a collaborative learning environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Onsite 3 Days Weekly in Pennington, NJ</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years relevant IT experience with Autosys, DataStage, Hadoop , SQL Server, Spark 3.0, Oracle, Teradata, DB2, Linux scripting, and ITIL</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 year Production Support Specialist experience playing a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our systems by collaborating closely with infrastructure partners, development teams, and other stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years experience analyzing and troubleshooting issues, managing incidents and problems, and following up for timely resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment, possess strong problem solving skills, and be capable of working collaboratively as part of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Good Communication</p> </li><li> <p>Client Facing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bank Experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
