<p>Reno Branch ManagerUse your experience in Operations Management to provide direction, leadership, and management for our Reno Distribution Center, a 50,000-square-foot facility with a dedicated crew of 10. You will lead the creation and execution of operational processes to meet business objectives and goals, providing oversight and overall management for operations while collaborating with leaders across the organization to meet distribution and customer expectations.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:Oversee execution of operations to meet business goals and targetsManage key departments including Picking, Checking, Put-Away, and OverstockEnsure productivity, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently metCollaborate with departments to resolve complex distribution issuesSelect, mentor, train, and develop staff while maintaining appropriate staffing and managing overtimeImplement and maintain systems, tools, and equipment to support operational successPartner with HR on hiring, talent development, and compensation activitiesMonitor, report, and analyze KPIs to track and improve operational performanceFoster communication and collaboration across all operations teamsPromote and embody TVH's Mission, Vision, and Values to strengthen company cultureHOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILEWe're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems.
