Find your future with us.</p> <p>The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Engineering Technical Specialist located in Berkeley, MO.</p> <p>As a member of the Engineering Workforce team, you'll have the opportunity to support F-15, F/A-18 and T-7A aircraft programs.</p> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote and Teams. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on enhancing our recruitment and assessment processes </li><li>Ability to support hiring managers and focals to meet staffing demands. </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process Optimization: The Analyst will play a crucial role in streamlining our hiring process, ensuring timely resume reviews, and facilitating effective communication regarding candidate selection and interview scheduling. </li><li>Collaboration and Coordination: The Analyst will work closely with the talent acquisition team to manage interview logistics, ensuring that the right individuals are involved in the selection process and that feedback is gathered promptly to inform hiring decisions. </li><li>Interview Panel Development: The Analyst will ensure interviews are supported, confirming the availability of key stakeholders, and ensuring that the panel composition aligns with our hiring goals. </li><li>Documentation and Tracking: The role involves creating and maintaining shared documentation to track candidates throughout the hiring process, providing visibility into the status of candidates and program needs. </li><li>Feedback Implementation: The Analyst will help establish mechanisms for immediate feedback on interview outcomes and offer decisions, fostering a responsive and efficient hiring environment. </li></ul> <p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
