<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered</p> <p>Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment</p> <p>CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy!</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call!</p> <p>Scheduling and Coordinating Procedure Appointments:</p> <ul> <li>Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include: </li><li>Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire. </li><li>Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed). </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Verifying Patient Information:</p> <ul> <li>Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details. </li><li>Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams: </li><li>Communicating appointment details, handling inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. </li></ul> <p>Managing Pre-procedure calls and Reminders:</p> <ul> <li>Creating, and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure. </li><li>During the pre-procedure call, they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program </li><li>Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association </li><li>Completion of IV Therapy Course </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>From primary to specialty care as well as walk-in and virtual services CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
