Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee daily operations of corporate buildings, ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and develop Facilities teams, including Dock Services, Mail Services and Facilities Assistants and Attendants.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Facilities leadership to hire, develop and retain a high-performing team.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage vendor relationships, event set ups and facilities projects as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect facilities regularly, quickly addressing issues to maintain high standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.
