This role serves as a crucial intermediary between the supervisor and the team, facilitating optimal productivity throughout the day.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. </li><li>Ensure efficient receiving, picking, storing and dispatch of goods. </li><li>Perform regular checks and maintain active presence on the floor. </li><li>Enforce safety standards. </li><li>Assist with training new staff and provide ongoing mentorship. </li><li>Liaise with other departments for smooth operations. </li><li>Partner with supervisor to drive improvement initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>As assigned by the manager </li></ul> <p>Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and people skills. </li><li>Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and operations. </li><li>Organizational and time-management abilities. </li><li>Physical capability for lifting and moving heavy items. </li><li>Basic computer skills and inventory software skills. </li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a warehouse environment. </li><li>Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience required </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:</p> <ul> <li>Warehouse environment </li><li>Lifting up to 50lbs </li></ul> <p>Required Schedule:</p> <p>Sunday 9AM - 6PM & Monday - Thursday 3:45PM - 11:45PM</p> <p>Eligibility contingent upon background screening</p>
