<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Generate work plans, NCR's (non-compliance reports), operations of production. </li><li>Manage calibration and certification records of tools, MGSE and EGSE. </li><li>Provide technical and engineering assistance to team of technicians. </li><li>Complete process improvements to increase efficiency of production. </li><li>Manage test equipment such as TVAC, Vibe, thermal chambers. </li><li>Prepare and review procurement and process documentation for production processes. </li><li>Create spacecraft assembly kits for rapid production. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering or related field and 1 year of experience with production of complex hardware, preferably space hardware. </li><li>Experience with PLM, MES, configuration and data management controls and systems. </li><li>Experience working to AS9100 process and standards. </li><li>Experience with space productions and complex assembly engineering. </li><li>Experience building and producing classified hardware in SCIF's or SAP facilities. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $65,000-$90,000 </li><li>Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li></ul> <p>Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.</p> <p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Work Location-this role will be an onsite position based out of our Gravity Works office in Denver. </li><li>Work environment-the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job. </li><li>Physical demands-the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving. </li></ul> <p>This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
