Find your future with us.</p> <p>BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an AssociateProduction Inventory Coordinator Expeditor (Level B) to support the Materials ManagementTeam based out of Orangeburg, South Carolina.</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for processing and moving materials, monitoring work in progress, and coordinating with various functions to prioritize and expedite production activities. Successful candidates will enjoy problem-solving and excel when working with a focus on customer service.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors work in process. Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays</p> </li><li> <p>Works under general supervision</p> </li></ul> <p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.</p> <p>Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>1+ years of experience in supply chain procurement and/or warehouse inventory management</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of working knowledge of inventory systems such as KITS, Velocity, Order Manager and ERPLN</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within a 10-hour shift</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to walk, stand, climb and descend stairs, bend and lift items, package materials and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of working knowledge of inventory systems such as KITS, Velocity, Order Manager and ERPLN</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using lean manufacturing principles</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Typical Education/Experience:</p> <p>Typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED) and 1 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.</p> <p>Relocation:</p> <p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
