We are BUILT FOR THE WILD.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Sales and Profitability</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support driving store sales and achieving store sales goals</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in monitoring progress and results against KPIs</p> </li></ul> <p>Brand Experience/Customer Service</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive excellence in customer service in store by modeling brand service standards</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to all customer feedback and concerns immediately</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure store team engages with each customer to create an authentic brand experience</p> </li><li> <p>Cultivate customer-centric culture with on the spot recognition</p> </li><li> <p>Represent your store as an active brand ambassador within the community</p> </li><li> <p>Support execution of store marketing events</p> </li></ul> <p>Training & Coaching Team</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coach store team to YETI standard of customer service and engagement, brand identity, product knowledge, and operations</p> </li><li> <p>Support execution of training programs</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure team is educated on product and assortment to enhance selling and customer engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Provide timely training, coaching, and feedback to enable team success and growth</p> </li></ul> <p>Operations & Inventory</p> <ul> <li> <p>Help ensure team follows all company and store policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in managing stockroom inventory and supply levels and organization</p> </li><li> <p>May help execute inventory receiving and replenishment processes efficiently and accurately</p> </li><li> <p>Provide a premium checkout experience using POS and/or mobile POS system</p> </li></ul> <p>Visual Merchandising</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain store visual merchandising standards</p> </li><li> <p>Execute floor-sets and merchandising direction</p> </li></ul> <p>Talent Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support development of a high-performing team of customer focused Guides</p> </li><li> <p>Identify performance issues and inform Store Experience Leader</p> </li><li> <p>Provide on-going specific and timely feedback to the team</p> </li><li> <p>Support compliance with all Talent policies and procedures</p> </li></ul> <p>Loss Prevention, Safety, & Compliance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support a safe and secure work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Address any customer or employee injuries and partner with Talent and Store Experience Leader immediately</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Conduct</p> <ul> <li> <p>Model behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others while upholding the integrity and values of the brand</p> </li><li> <p>Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, inclusivity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Attributes:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma required; Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred but not required</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in a specialty retail environment, outdoor apparel industry or experience with outdoor equipment sales preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional interpersonal skills founded on an authentic ability to deliver strong customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to build, lead, and manage high performing teams</p> </li><li> <p>Detail orientated and excellent organization skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail systems as well as mobile POS</p> </li><li> <p>Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be at least 18 years of age</p> </li><li> <p>Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, phones, copier, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Standing required for entire work shift</p> </li><li> <p>Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks:</p> <p>Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.</p> <p>YETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p> <p>Our commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
