This large, experienced workforce enables Blythe Development to self-perform 80% of site groundwork, which gives them greater control than competitors who must subcontract the bulk of the job.</p> <p>The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
