Performs routine duties in the kitchen environment.</p> <p>Located at one of two facilities in South Carolina: Camp Bob Cooper - Summerton, SC and Camp Long - Aiken, SC.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <p>40% - Essential - Cook:Prepares food as instructed and within DHEC standards. Weighs, blends and mixes ingredients according to directions. Cuts, slices, chops food.</p> <p>40% - Essential - Clean:Prepares dishes to run through commercial grade dishwasher. Hand washes pots and pans. Cleans and stores kitchen equipment after use.</p> <p>20% - Essential - Storage:Maintains food storage within DHEC guidelines.
