<p>Company Profile</p> <p>PCC Mason, located just north of Cincinnati, OH is an advanced manufacturing center of excellence for Precision Castparts Corporation's Fasteners Division focused on developing innovative production capabilities used in the manufacturing of aerospace fasteners.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>PCC Mason is currently seeking experienced candidates for the Exempt position of Control Systems Engineer.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Control Systems Engineer role at PCC Mason is focused on the design, development & maintenance of control platforms for manufacturing equipment & automation systems. The incumbent will provide expertise on new project conceptual designs, detail engineering, procurement, construction, pre-operational testing as well as commissioning and start up. The successful candidate will work with the global IT and manufacturing teams to lead technology driven business process transformation and innovation in the manufacturing IT environment.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop and troubleshoot process control systems and integration configuration with MES, SCADA & ERP systems. </li><li>Engineer, design, and test electrical, instrumentation and automation systems associated with industrial manufacturing plants. </li><li>Work with Industry 4.0 solution providers, equipment manufacturers, and the ERP vendor to design and implement the required systems integrations points and data flow to achieve best in class lights-out-manufacturing. </li><li>PLC/HMI hardware/software design, programming, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Develop and engineer electrical schematics and PLC logic. </li><li>Design and implement process network infrastructure (Ethernet, Device Net, Control Net, etc.). </li><li>Interface and communicate with vendors, process engineering, installation contractors and project management. </li><li>Specify and procure controls hardware and field instrumentation. </li><li>Prior experience with Ignition SCADA system, Apriso MES & Infor Syteline desirable. </li><li>Database programming skills a plus. </li><li>Compliance and enforcement of company, safety, environmental, governmental policies and regulations as they </li></ul>
