<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Rotate between different segments of the eFinancial business, supporting or leading projects that contribute to strategic and operational priorities. </li><li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform business decisions. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, growth initiatives, and innovation. </li><li>Gather and analyze data to develop actionable insights and present recommendations to business leaders. </li><li>Assist in developing business cases, project plans, and performance tracking metrics for strategic initiatives. </li><li>Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget. </li><li>Support change management efforts and help ensure smooth implementation of new processes or systems. </li><li>Document learnings and share best practices across teams at the conclusion of each project. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required. </li><li>3-5 years of relevant or applicable experience. </li><li>Wide range of hands-on experience creating models using financial and business data to inform decision making. </li><li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and define new paths where there is no existing process. </li><li>Willingness to use data to inform and advocate for operational change. </li><li>Strong presentation skills with ability to distill complex ideas and data into salient points. </li><li>Prior experience working with a direct-to-consumer, call-center sales business model preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders. </li><li>Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new industries, processes, and tools. </li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; SQL or Tableau a plus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <p>We believe in taking care of our employees and their families.
