Whether a planned project or an emergency response, Mersino meets challenges with expertise, equipment, and service.</p> <p>We move water.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for driving and operating the company's long and short-distance heavy trucks.</p> <p>Typical Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate company owned and leased trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations </li><li>Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of products and materials </li><li>Perform required before-, during-, and after-operation "user maintenance" and provide required reports </li><li>Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations </li><li>Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs </li><li>Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition </li><li>Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations </li><li>Understand, complete and manage required technical documentation </li><li>Drive heavy truck equipment on both short and long-distance routes as required </li><li>Ability to make overnight runs as required by shipping needs </li><li>Must be able to learn to operate all MHE used by the company </li><li>Ability to work outside in various weather conditions. </li><li>Ability to work flexible schedule to meet job requirements </li><li>Ensures that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>CDL A required </li><li>1 or more year(s) experience as truck driver </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>This job has specific DOT requirements.
