This is a full-time, 12-month faculty position; rank commensurate with education and experience. The role includes 50% instructional responsibilities and 50% field education administration, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the MSW Field Education Program.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <p>The Director of Field Education, MSW Program administers the graduate Social Work Field Education Program in alignment with CSWE Educational Policy and Accreditation Standards (EPAS). This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Oversight of field placements for traditional MSW students (students with bachelor's degree in non-social work area) and advanced standing (students with BSW degree) in areas of specialization (advanced generalist and behavioral health), student supervision, and agency partnerships </li><li>Compliance with CSWE standards for field education </li><li>Development of and collaboration with community partners and site supervisors, including providing field instructor training and supervision </li><li>Advising and mentoring students </li><li>Teaching graduate social work courses, which may be offered in evening, weekend, and online formats </li><li>Departmental, divisional, and university service contributions </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>
