<p>Overview</p> <p>The RN supervisor is responsible for the safety and comfort of residents and the health and safety of employees while providing supervision for the facility.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administers nursing care to residents as needed/assigned </li><li>Plans resident care utilizing the nursing process and individualizing the needs of each resident </li><li>Initiates a teaching plan based on resident/family learning needs </li><li>Performs required procedures with knowledge and skill </li><li>Attends supervisory meetings as scheduled </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse by NY State </li><li>Long Term Care experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>USD $52.00 - USD $57.00 /Hr.</p> <p>The pay for this position ranges from $52.00 - $57.00 per hour.</p> <p>This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
