We are looking for a dedicated Change Manager like you to be a part of our team.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>The Physician Office Scheduling Engagement Manager will develop, implement and maintain program-wide change management processes in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Physician's Patient Contact Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, process improvement, communications and proven experience in stakeholder engagement strategies. As the change leader, this person also serves as a key promoter of the department as a service organization who strives to identify and satisfy the needs of its customers.</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of standard Change Management strategies that link business strategy and performance goals. </li><li>Oversee the implementation of a change management program to analyze data centric problems and/or opportunities, identify root causes, and suggest various solutions to address root causes. </li><li>Implement a strong communication mechanism to address key stakeholders </li><li>Ensure integration of change management program and support of other key business strategies in the areas of Physician Services, Contact Center Management, Human Resources and Finance. </li><li>Identify and plan stakeholder engagement activities, such as meetings, workshops, focus groups, and surveys. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement initiatives, analyzing effectiveness and making recommendations for continuous improvement. </li><li>Anticipate potential conflicts or issues with stakeholders and develop proactive strategies to address the </li><li>Direct and oversee governance of facilitation and change management toolkits </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, earning their trust and credibility. </li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in stakeholder engagement, incorporating them into our approach. </li><li>Clearly and succinctly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups; communicating in a focus and compelling way that captures and holds other's attention </li><li>Be an active and visible coach and champion for change management within the organization </li><li>Oversee effectiveness of change management strategies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or related field. </li><li>5-7 years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or related roles </li><li>Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans </li><li>Strong project management and people management skills </li><li>High degree of accuracy in executing work </li><li>Experience working in a matrixed environment </li><li>Ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines </li><li>Broader project communications experience and skills desirable </li><li>Ongoing Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Strategy execution </li><li>Stakeholder Metrics Tracking </li></ul> <p>"Good people beget good people."- Dr. Thomas Frist, Sr.</p> <p>HCA Healthcare Co-Founder</p> <p>We are a family 270,000 dedicated professionals!
